Naughty Ninos ships products within 1 to 2 business days upon order placement. The exact delivery time varies according to the shipping address. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to 5 days to reach. A confirmation email with the tracking details will be sent upon dispatching the order, the same could be used to track the order on our delivery partner’s website. Naughty Ninos provides shipping Pan India free. Although, it is our constant endeavour to meet the delivery deadlines, but Naughty Ninos will not be held responsible for any delay caused due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances/events.
Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled
Naughty Ninos customers can return or exchange a product by raising a request for the same on email@example.com. Once a return request is received, the product shall be shipped out by the customer within 7 working days. The following conditions should be complied with and noted to avail of the return and exchange benefits.
Naughty Ninos should be contacted within 7 Days upon product delivery to raise a return request.The product and its original packaging, labels/tags, and original bill/receipt should not be tampered with.The product has to be unusedTo complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.The return request will only be processed once the product has been received and tested for quality by Naughty Ninos.Product returns allow the customer to gain store credit which will be valid for 6 months from the date of return. Under no circumstances does Naughty Ninos refund money. In a scenario where the exchanged product is from a different category than the returned product, any difference in the selling price will either be returned as store credits or will have to be paid upfront (no COD allowed) before dispatching the exchanged product.Products bought in sale or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we will charge the customer the additional charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped again.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging while shipping back to us. However, strict due diligence before dispatching the product is expected from our customers, and they shall be solely responsible for any further damage/defect that might be caused during transit, in such instances and if found considerable, Naughty Ninos withholds the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless. Naughty Ninos reserves the right to reject refunds in any form.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to a change in size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. Request you to share the tracking details with us via email once the product is dispatched from your end.
